Treatment of leakage problems of hydraulic rotary joints
Leakage of Hydraulic rotary joints is mainly related to accuracy, structural planning and operating conditions. To deal with leaks from sealed hydraulic rotary joints, the following should be used:
First, the concentricity between the hollow shaft and the matching rotating body is not enough: check the dimensional accuracy and adjust the fixed connection with the rotating body.
Second, the gap between the bottom hole of the shell or the bottom cover and the hollow shaft is different (the sealing ring is inclined): adjust the hanging, supporting or guide rod structure and the tightness of the metal hose to ensure the hollow shaft, the shell and the rotating body. Concentricity (especially heat transfer oil series is most prone to this phenomenon, please pay attention when installing).
Third, the accuracy of the assembly machine is low (end face verticality, large radial and axial clearance), and large vibration: find the cause, and repair the assembly equipment.
4. The friction sealing surface is not running-in: After the running-in period is reached to reach the equilibrium roughness, the leakage will stop.
5. Granular solids or foreign bodies with high hardness will enter the sealing surface of the friction pair during assembly or installation: grinding the friction surface of the friction pair or replacing spare parts.
