Manufacturing method of high-speed hydraulic rotary joint
The coiler is a hot continuous rolling production line that collects ultra-long rolled products and coils it into coils for storage and transportation. It is located at the end of the hot continuous rolling production line and plays a vital role in the continuous work of the hot continuous rolling production line.
The reel of the coiler is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to drive the wedge to achieve expansion and contraction. The role of the high-speed Rotary joint is to transfer hydraulic oil to the rotating hydraulic cylinder. In the process of hot-rolled strip production, rotary joint failure often occurs, which severely restricts the production capacity of hot-rolling. The quality of the high-speed rotary joint is an important part to ensure that the coiler can work normally. High-speed rotary joints commonly used on coilers are generally sealed with an axial gap between the fixed part and the rotating part. The gap size determines the performance of the high-speed rotary joint. The gap is too large, the leakage is increased, and the pressure is difficult at the same flow. Established, most of the hydraulic oil flows directly back to the fuel tank through the leak; the clearance is too small, the rotating parts and the fixed parts are easily locked, which causes the rotary joint to fail; and the clearance is greatly disturbed by external factors. In order to ensure proper clearance, the machining accuracy and coaxiality of bearing holes at both ends of the fixing part are very strict, which increases the difficulty of processing. In addition, once the fixing part and the rotating part are locked, the fixing part and rotating part of the entire rotary joint Must be replaced again, high maintenance costs.
